Workout Wednesdays

So as I mentioned yesterday my new job started so my short term plan to walk 26 miles a day went up in smoke. I was really only doing about 13 miles a day anyway. No progress yet but it's only been a week. In the meantime, I'd thought I'd share some more pins from pinterest in hopes of inspiring you and for me to post something on this blog. First is a new pin about body wraps which is something I've always wanted to try and this one seems pretty inexpensive and easy. You'll probably have to scroll to the middle of the page past the ads, but it's there. Enjoy.
